How to use PC for a long hours.

For those who really able to sit in front of your PC for a long hours...

Here's some tips for the PC users (include desktop and laptop)
to avoid ourselves from facing this syndrome..

1. Watch out the distance of your head from the monitor.

2. When you were using the mouse.

3. Not forgotten when you used the keyboard.

WHAT HAPPEN if you ignore those tips ??

You will suffer of the operation to save your precious hands just like the pictures :

Therefore, remind yourself to take some light exercise during using the PC.

REMEMBER! Prevent is better than cure... Have fun with the exercise!
